Ingredients: 1 cup moong dal, ½ cup Omfed Ghee, 2 cups Omfed Milk, ¾ cup sugar, 2–3 cardamom pods, 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits.
Process:
- Wash moong dal and soak for 3–4 hours, then grind into a coarse paste.
- Heat Omfed Ghee in a pan and roast the paste on low flame until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
